    Balance & Time Management In Medical School

    The thing that I found to be the most challenging for me was time management. As you can tell, I haven’t posted on my blog in a while. If I had to give myself a grade for time management, I would get…hmmm is there anything lower than failing?! Maybe F-.     Medical school is HARD! I was aware that medical school would be a difficult journey, but it is hard for other reasons that I did not consider. I knew I would be studying for long hours. Of course, I knew exams would be difficult. I knew understanding the concepts would be challenging. There are also things I wished I knew so that I could have been better prepared.     If you read my previous post then you know all about my MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) struggles. If not, you can check it out here! During my last gap year, I really focused on how to improve my MCAT score. I spent hours researching anything I could do to get a higher score. All in all, I would say I found some valuable information that I didn’t have in previous years. My first practice test was 493. My best practice test score was 508!
